for sale on this website. Registered patients may contact Pharmacy directly to order POM.

register to use Breakspear Pharmacy Online, simply go to the
"Authentication" box on the right column, click on
"Register" and enter your details. Your membership application
will be reviewed within 3 working days but you may make limited purchases immediately.
Important: in order for patients of Breakspear Medical Group to renew prescriptions and/or order
some restricted nutritional products, registered patients are required to have had a consultation with a
doctor within the last 12 months. Prescriptions/pharmacy orders will not be processed unless
a consultation within the appropriate time frame is on record. If an order
cannot be processed due to the time limit being exceeded, the patient will be
notified as soon as possible.
